Royal Berkshire Shooting School voted Nation’s Favourite Shooting Ground
The Royal Berkshire Shooting School has beaten 80 nominees to be voted the Nation’s Favourite Shooting Ground by readers of Clay Shooting magazine.
Originally founded in 1991, the Pangbourne-based shooting ground has always pushed boundaries and strived to promote the sport to a wider audience. In its February issue, the monthly magazine praised RBSS for its hugely popular Handicap Classic and Stratstone Super 7 Challenge.
Managing Director Dylan Williams commented: “We are absolutely delighted to have been voted the nation’s favourite clay shooting ground by readers of Clay Shooting magazine. Over the last 25 years, the RBSS team has worked tirelessly to develop the shooting school and have always strived to innovate and lead the field. As well as working to develop the very best shooting facilities, RBSS has been instrumental in helping raise over £20 million for charity through hosting scores of clay shoots. This latest accolade acts as a mark of recognition and we are thrilled to have finished in first place!”
