Shooting School Founder & Consultant
Dylan founded The Royal Berkshire Shooting School in 1991 and continues to support the business in his consultancy role, often hosting charity events where required and in providing shooting tuition. A countryman through and through, he still has the same enthusiasm for shooting as the boy who held his first gun as a 9-year-old.
Renowned for his calm and concise style of tuition, Robert is one of the most experienced instructors in the UK. He brings an exceptional ability to the design of layouts and drives for both the Shooting School and The Really Wild Clay Company and has been at The Royal Berkshire for over 25 years.
A graduate of Sparsholt, Gordon joined the Group in 1998 after many years of managing the shooting interests of sporting estates. A passionate countryman, he’s as keen a fisherman as he is a shot. His front-line experience and calm professionalism continue to drive the Sporting Agency to new levels of accomplishment in both the UK and Spain.

The Shooting School and the grounds have been called “immaculate”, “manicured” and “truly stunning”. Some of the most experienced game shots in the land are in awe of both the speed and precision of the clays sent off stands such as The Times Tower and the famous J&B Grouse Stand. All these aspects are the responsibility of Mike , who is truly outstanding in his pride and commitment to the grounds and the presentation of targets.
Harry joined the Royal Berkshire team in Autumn 2018 and already plays an important part within our busy grounds team. Having grown up attending shoots from an early age and loving everything about the industry, he is looking forward to lots of exciting events on the grounds in Pangbourne as well as trapping on our Really Wild Simulated Days.
