Classic Handicap 2014 is now in full flow
Classic Handicap 2014
We are delighted to announce that this year’s Handicap Classic will start on Monday 10 February and promises to be the most innovative we have ever hosted.
In conjunction with George Digweed, 23 time World Champion, one of the stands will be a 20 bird Pro Sport designed by George himself in association with Promatic traps. This elevates the competition to even higher standards, yet still retains our original premise of ensuring anybody could win given the handicap system we operate. Sadly one person who will not win will be George, as he will not be eligible having designed the course,
We would like to pay special tribute and thanks to David Stapley and the team at ISB Brands who have, yet again, kindly sponsored the top prize of a Browning Heritage and a Miroku for the top shot using a Browning or Miroku.
We have taken on board comments from last year so we have a slightly later start and we have refined the RBSS handicaps for those who don’t have CPSA averages.
The competition costs £47 to enter (with a £2 discount off entry for Browning/Miroku users).
£200 Top Gun
£75 Runner Up
Gamebore cartridges for 3rd place
Top Side By Side – Off road driving day for two people
Top squad of 4 – CCI clays
Top score on Pro Sport stand – Promatic trap
All scorecards go in to a prize draw to win a shooting lesson with George Digweed
Top score on the Grouse every 2 weeks – Oakley glasses (in event of a tie, first highest wins).
In addition, the Accumulator, which we hope will pay out over £1,000, is still running.
The competition is proudly supported by Browning, Clay Shooting Magazine, Promatic, George Digweed, Gamebore, CCI Clays, Oakley, Stratstone, Really Wild Clothing, Gamebore and Oakley. To find out more, contact us on 01491 672900.
